ShieldX Total — delivers premium, high-performance support services designed to minimize downtime and keep your network running at peak efficiency. Available exclusively through COMMANDO's authorized partners.

Misuse Prevention & Compliance
- Genuine Fault Requirement – Warranty replacement is provided only for confirmed manufacturing defects after technical verification by COMMANDO or its authorized service centers.
- Mandatory Troubleshooting & Approval – All warranty claims require completion of COMMANDO-prescribed troubleshooting steps. Customer refusal to cooperate voids the claim.
- Advance Replacement Eligibility – AHR is provided only for eligible products/customers and after technical validation.
- Condition of Returned Units – Products must be in original, untampered condition with no signs of misuse, modification, accidental damage, liquid ingress, or non-COMMANDO repair.
- Serial Number & Proof of Purchase – Serial number must match COMMANDO's records and be accompanied by valid proof of purchase from an authorized source.
- Exclusion of Cosmetic or Minor Issues – Cosmetic damage, scratches, and other non-performance-affecting issues are excluded.
- Fraud Prevention – Submitting counterfeit products, altered serial numbers, or unrelated faulty units will result in permanent warranty denial and possible legal action.
- Repeat Failures Audit – Multiple RMAs for the same customer/site may trigger an audit and suspension until misuse is ruled out.
- Customer Shipping Responsibility – For RTB claims, customers must securely pack and ship the unit to COMMANDO's designated service point. Transit damage from poor packing is not covered.
- Final Authority – COMMANDO's decision on approval, denial, or replacement method is final and binding.
NOTE:
- Full Warranties are available on purchases through COMMANDO Authorized Channel Partners.
- Non-channel and online purchases carry max 1-Year Warranty at discretion of COMMANDO.
- All RMAs are at the sole discretion of COMMANDO.
- The Warranties are generally applied Globally; however, it may differ for certain regions, consult with COMMANDO or its Authorized Channel Partner for confirmation.
- COMMANDO reserves the right to interpret any warranty term, condition, or implication exclusively and conclusively.
- COMMANDO reserves the right to reject or deny replacement due to any non-compliance with the warranty policy or RMA process.
